Troubleshooting Tips for Common Error Codes and Messages

Below are some of the error messages you may receive while playing Dragons and Titans. Below each list you can find helpful troubleshooting steps that may help resolve any issues.

 

Error Codes: 500, 600, 610, 630, 1004

If you receive any of the error codes with the numbers above, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your web browser cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache)
  2. Attempt to close your browser window and shutdown you browser completely. Then reload your web browser and attempt to load Dragons and Titans again.
  3. Attempt to load Dragons and Titans on a different browser.

 

If this does not help, please attempt to remove and reinstall Dragons and Titans on your Facebook account and then try the following steps:

  1. Click gear icon at the top right of your Facebook page and click Account Settings
  2. Click Apps in the menu on the left
  3. Click the X on the right of a the Dragons and Titans app
  4. Confirm you would like to remove Dragons and Titans
  5. Visit the Dragons and Titans Facebook App page at http://www.facebook.com/DragonsAndTitans
  6. Click the Play Game button below the cover photo on the right side of the toolbar
  7. If these steps do not help, please send us a support request. Please include any error messages you may be getting and the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried. This will help us to identify and help resolve this issue.

 

Error Codes: 510, 520, 620, 700, 800

If you receive any of the error codes with the numbers above, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 

  1. Clear your web browser cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache)
  2. Attempt to close your browser window and shutdown you browser completely. Then reload your web browser and attempt to load Dragons and Titans again.
  3. Attempt to load Dragons and Titans on a different browser.
  4. If these steps do not help, please send us a support request. Please include any error messages you may be getting and the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried. This will help us to identify and help resolve this issue.

 

Error Code: 1000

There was an error connecting to the server. please try again. (-1000: Web request error: Proxy CONNECT aborted).

If you see this error with the proxy message, that is because the proxy you are using is failing to connect. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer. 
  2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. 
  3. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. 
  4. Make sure the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" check box is not selected.
