If you choose to login to the support site using your Facebook account, you will be asked to allow the Login to the Zendesk application to have access to your Facebook account. This allows the Dragons and Titans support system to connect with your Facebook account, so we know who you are. Please allow the application, so that we can best serve you. After allowing ‘Login to Zendesk’, you will be brought to our support web portal logged in under your Facebook account and won't need to repeat this step again.
If you do not want to allow access to your Facebook account, then you may create a separate user profile directly on the Dragons and Titans customer support site instead.
